This Policy explains how Aurion NorthAxis LLP may collect, use, disclose and protect personal data in connection with NorthAxis.

1. Scope of This Policy

Aurion NorthAxis LLP (“NorthAxis”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is committed to handling personal data in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”). This Policy applies to personal data handled through northaxis.space, including the public website, Contact page, Money & Macro, Client Workspace, Adviser Workspace, tools and related communications.

2. Personal Data We May Collect

Depending on how you use NorthAxis, we may collect:

• identity information, such as your name;
• contact information, such as your email address and mobile number;
• information you submit through the Contact form or other communications;
• access information, such as access codes, login/session information or access-related records where applicable;
• technical and usage information, such as pages accessed, browser/device information and standard web or hosting logs; and
• other information you voluntarily provide to us.

Please avoid sending sensitive financial, identity or account information through the general Contact form unless specifically requested through an appropriate channel.

3. Client and Adviser Workspace Data

Information entered into NorthAxis modelling, portfolio or planning tools is intended to be processed locally within the user’s browser unless a feature expressly states that information will be transmitted or stored.

Some tools may use browser local storage, session storage or similar browser-based technologies to retain settings, temporary values or user-entered information on the device. Clearing browser data may remove those values.

Users who import or export CSV or other files remain responsible for the security, accuracy, storage and handling of those files. Advisers and professional users remain responsible for handling client personal data in accordance with the PDPA, applicable regulatory requirements and their own firm policies.

4. Contact Form and Enquiries

When you submit the NorthAxis Contact form, we may receive the information you provide, such as your name, email address, optional contact number, enquiry topic and message. We use this information to receive, manage and respond to your enquiry and for related follow-up.

The Contact form may be processed through our website hosting or form-service provider. Form submissions and related notification emails may therefore be processed or stored by service providers used to operate the website.

5. How We Use Personal Data

We may use personal data to:

• provide and administer access to the Platform;
• receive and respond to enquiries;
• provide support and service communications;
• maintain security and prevent misuse;
• operate, troubleshoot and improve the Platform;
• comply with legal, regulatory or professional obligations; and
• manage our legitimate business and administrative requirements.

We do not sell personal data. We will not use personal data for unrelated purposes unless permitted by law or appropriate consent has been obtained.

6. Service Providers and Disclosure

We may disclose personal data to service providers that assist us in operating the Platform, including website hosting, form handling, email, analytics or technical support providers, where relevant. We may also disclose information where required by law, regulation, court order or lawful authority, or in connection with a business restructuring or transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.

Third-party services may process information in jurisdictions outside Singapore. Where applicable, we will take reasonable steps consistent with the PDPA in relation to transfers of personal data.

7. Cookies, Local Storage and Embedded Content

NorthAxis may use browser local storage, session storage or similar technologies for functionality and user convenience. We do not currently use these technologies for behavioural advertising.

If NorthAxis later uses analytics, embedded YouTube videos or other third-party content, those providers may set cookies or collect technical information in accordance with their own privacy practices. This Policy should be updated if the Platform’s actual use of such technologies changes materially.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, to provide services or access where relevant, to meet legal or regulatory requirements, to resolve disputes, or to protect legitimate interests. When no longer required, data will be deleted, anonymised or otherwise disposed of appropriately where reasonably practicable.

9. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, loss or similar risks. No internet transmission or electronic storage method is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

10. Access, Correction and Withdrawal of Consent

Subject to the PDPA and applicable exceptions, you may request access to personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Withdrawal may affect our ability to provide certain services or respond to certain requests.

11. Third-Party Websites and Services

The Platform may link to or embed third-party websites or services. Their handling of personal data is governed by their own privacy policies. We encourage users to review those policies before providing information to third parties.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices, technology, services or legal obligations. The current version will be published on the Platform with its effective or last-updated date.
