NorthAxis ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting the personal data of clients, invited users, and other end users of the Tool in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore. This Client Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect from client-side users, how we use it, and your rights in relation to it.

1. Data We Collect

When you access or use the Tool as a client, invited user, or other end user, we may collect the following categories of personal data:

Information entered into the Tool for modelling or illustrative purposes is intended to be processed locally within your browser unless and until a feature expressly states that such information will be transmitted or stored. If you are using the Tool through an adviser, your adviser remains responsible for any advice or recommendation given to you.

2. How We Use Your Data

To provide access to the Tool and manage user access where required

To maintain security, prevent misuse, and monitor the performance of the Tool

We do not use cookies or similar technologies for advertising purposes in the current version of the Tool. You may clear your browser's local or session storage at any time, although doing so may log you out or remove saved session preferences.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services, or legal obligations. We may notify users of material changes by email or by posting an updated version on the website. Continued use of the Tool after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
